　　Shandong Wanda Chemical Industries Co., Ltd., established on November 3, 2001 with registered capital of 30 million Yuan, is a wholly-owned subsidiary under China Wanda Holdings Group, as well as a first level national large scale enterprise. The Company is one of the Key High-tech Enterprises covered by the National Torch Plan mainly engaged in R & D and production of petrochemical and fine chemicals, and is the largest ODA manufacturer in Asia and China and the third largest MBS manufacturer in the world.

　　Located in the Wanda ten billion Industrial Park, the Company has assets of 2.5 billion Yuan, covers an area of 60,000 square meters and employs 900 people, which 95% have education background above technical secondary school (high school) and 200 are mid-level and high-level technicians. With a state-level R & D center and a post-doctoral research station approved by the State Council, the Company is well established with a solid research base and independent research development capabilities, and has been awarded the Vice President Unit by the China Plastics Processing Industry Association.

In order to consolidate the chemical sector, the Company entered joint venture with China Petroleum and Chemical Company to found Shandong China Oil Wanda Chemical Co., Ltd., which was put into operation in June 15, 2010. The project invested 500 million Yuan in producing 50,000 tons / year polyacrylamide project. Its foundation is significant for further exploring the global oil market and enhancing market competitiveness.

　　In order to increase corporate scale and extend industrial chains, the company, following Wanda Group’s entire strategic plan, relying on Wanda Group’s solid strength, taking new type chemical projects’construction as power, puts emphasis on building regional leading industrial projects. One aspect is that the company has finishes the 30,000 tons/year Cis-1,4-Polybutadiene rubber project with an investing capital of 15 million Yuan, which has a strategic significance of building core competence and improving Wanda Group’s vertically integrated industrial pattern.

　　Second, the Group plans to make investment of 1.8 billion Yuan to establish Baogang international liquid chemical dock relying on the Dongying Port’s important advantages in Bohai Sea Economic Circle and overall planning. With the under construction Dongying Port Bonded Logistics Park, it will significantly reverse the tension supply situation of raw materials of chemical products in the region, widen material supply channel and create an unique raw material supply advantage for the company.

　　Third, the butadiene project with investment of 900 million Yuan and total construction scale of 150 thousand tons per year, which fully makes use of surrounded C4 resources to change the tension supply situation of raw materials of chemical products in the region, effectively reduce the costs of flagship products MBS, Cis-1,4-Polybutadiene rubber and tire products, and highly improve the thermal power utilization in company’s thermal power plant, and which is helpful for the integration of existing industry chain in the Group, breaking the bottleneck of national butadiene raw material supply, fulfilling the positive cycle of mutual supplying between Cis-1,4-Polybutadiene rubber, MBS and their raw materials, expanding the cost advantage and efficiently resisting market risk, thus ensured the stable raw material supply and new profit growth points of our own company.

　　Our company mainly produces Cis-1,4-Polybutadiene rubber, butadiene, MBS PVC impact modifier, polyacrylamide, demulsifier, ODA(4,4-Diaminodiphenyl ether), ACR, plastics processing aids and others, totally dozens of products, and provides technical services in oil-field exploit.
